Brief Job Description (essential Functions Of The Job)
Investigates and expedites public inquiry and/or complaints relative to outstanding parking violations, towed or impounded vehicles, ticket payments, and rights of appeal.
Responsibilities
Operates CTR terminal and microfiche viewer.
Completes appropriate departmental forms.
Compiles statistics and other material for reports.
Maintains files on departmental correspondence and records.
Performs related work as required.
Required to work any and all emergencies as directed by the Commissioner or designee.
Minimum Entrance Qualifications
Applicants must have two (2) years full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid office clerical experience.
Successfully completed secretarial and/or clerical courses above High School level may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on detail as required by the job.
