Our Headquarters Claims Department seeks an Express Claims Specialist I for the Express Claims Center. This position requires self-study to secure adjuster licensing within 30 days after the start date. To assist with the training course and exam, associates are allotted on-site study time. This is a hybrid role requiring the individual to work 50% of the time in the office while working remotely the other 50% through a fixed department schedule.
The Express Claims Center has a demonstrated history of individuals gaining valuable training and becoming exceptional claims adjusters and marketable insurance professionals. This is a hard-working, team-oriented and highly engaged group of individuals who are passionate about customer service and achieving great results. Department leadership and the team provide a comprehensive training experience to prepare associates for future roles throughout the Claims department and the company.
Starting Salary
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be Ready To
research coverage, investigate and adjust low dollar first and third-party auto and property claims in 42 states
communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, agents, body shops and auto rental business partners through phone, email or texting

knowledge or experience with CMS or other claims reporting programs
knowledge or experience with Microsoft® Office and Excel (preferred)

demonstrated success in a customer service role (preferred)
