The Project Engineer will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and developing plans, specifications, and reports. This technical role is crucial in supporting architectural and engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Technical Duties:
Coordinate internal project meetings to ensure effective communication.
Monitor schedules and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
Conduct on-site inspections, document conditions, and perform field testing.
Record measurements and perform calculations.
Communicate professionally with clients and contractors.
Interpret investigation reports and bid documents.
Report project status and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain organized project records and files.
Collect post-project feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends through workshops, publications, and networks.
Represent the company at events and seek marketing opportunities.
Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Familiarity with drafting software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit).

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
Over four years of experience in architectural/engineering consulting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license required.
OSHA-10 Certification preferred.
Valid US Driver’s License for travel to client sites.
