As a member of Site Management Team, you will be responsible for Managing the execution of civil work, managing civil subcontracts within the related project scope for Unchahar FGD.
This is Fixed Term Contract role for 1 Year.
Job Description
Your Role/Responsibilities:
Give Support to execute Civil work including preparation of execution Strategy
Takes ownership on Civil Turnover Packages (CTO) hand over.
Manage on site progress monitoring and assessment of time to complete up to CTO.
Take responsibility to complete reconciliation, sub-contractor billing.
Give required inputs to Support to Root Cause analysis of all no budgeted costs to Project Manager Civil.

Take responsibility for civil quality control inspection process (CTO,...).
Take responsibility on checking of compliance of construction with scope and quality requirements.
Actions and inputs on civil punch list item up to the PAC. Project Procurement Management
Give Support to preparation of technical conditions of subcontracts for all extra works.
Give Support to evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation of civil subcontracts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor / Diploma degree in Civil Engineering appropriate to the technical activity involved with 10+ years' experience in related field
Desired Qualification :
Good Communication skill.
Interpersonal & Responsive skill
Excellent capabilities in the explanation of complex technical and working processes
Strong negotiation skills
