Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in site development. Expertise in CAD software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee projects such as site grading, drainage, and infrastructure
  • Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and cost estimates for site development
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals
  • Create and modify drawings, models, and plans using CAD software
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and identify issues
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Maintain project budgets and timelines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, including site development
  • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, in-office position with required on-site and off-site work as necessary
  • Work schedule varies based on project demands, including occasional weekends or evenings

Benefits:

  • Compensation: $51,000 - $70,000

Must have:
