We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (EIT) or Project Manager (PE) to join their Land Development team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial site designs. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for land development engineering.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, design, and construction of land development projects.
Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for site development.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and regulations.
Perform calculations and analyses for grading, drainage, and utility design.
Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop effective land development solutions.
