Collaborate with project teams to design and implement site plans, grading, drainage, and utility systems for land development projects.
Conduct site investigations and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and contractors to facilitate project approvals and construction activities.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Prior experience in land development projects is a plus.
