Seeking an Estimator responsible for reviewing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to create detailed time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, and services, utilizing expertise in specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes.
Responsibilities
Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Collaborates with engineers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to discuss and implement changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Calculates cost factors and prepares estimates for management purposes, including planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and assessing cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering and/or 5 years in related field.
