Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Marianna, FL
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
Licensed Professional Engineer preferred, but Engineer Interns are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on engineering design and conceptual planning under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Assist in the design and preparation of drawings and specifications.
Prepare preliminary engineering reports and feasibility studies, evaluate design alternatives, and provide recommendations for municipal infrastructure projects such as water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, roadway design, and stormwater management.
Conduct site visits and review reports, maps, as-built drawings, and supporting documents to aid in preparing construction drawings.
Create design drawings under the direction of the project engineer and senior designer.
Develop project specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs to assist in preparing cost estimates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Knowledge or coursework in roadway design, utilities design, drainage design, water distribution systems, and wastewater collection systems.
Basic understanding of surveying.
Internship experience is a plus.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS software is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in the engineering field.
