Join our growing team! We're hiring enthusiastic full-time Civil CADD Designer/Drafters for Union and Wentzville locations. If you're passionate about Civil CADD-based drafting, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce drawings using CAD, specifically Civil 3D.
  • Draft plans for construction projects and create detailed drawings.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Architects to ensure design compliance.

Requirements

  • 1-year minimum experience (2-5 years preferred) in civil drafting/design.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma required; two-year drafting degree preferred.

Essential Skills

  • Analytical and computer skills.
  • Strong math competency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering documents.

Physical Requirements

  • Indoor and occasional outdoor work.
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Pre-employment and random drug screenings.
  • Ability to acquire OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
