We are seeking a highly skilled Cinema and Gallery A/V Technician to operate Audio, Video, and Projection systems in our state-of-the-art facilities. This role will be responsible for operating systems for media demos. Film Screenings, Presentations, and Events. Additionally, this position will require weekday, weekend, and evening availability.

- Operate audio, video, and projection systems and provide technical assistance for our Cinema and Gallery demos and events.
- Quickly and accurately route digital and analog signals through networked systems and physical patch bays.
- Set up and operate small PA systems and presentation monitors for events throughout the building.
- Assist in content management on projection systems, and general A/V systems maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the projection booth, tech areas in the Cinema, and storage rooms.
- Must have excellent customer facing skills and exposure handling critical high-pressure issues for all levels of employees, including ELT members.
- Fundamental understanding of audio and video signal flow, projection systems, live sound mixing, wireless mic systems, and live event workflows
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem solving, and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, collaborate effectively with event teams, and work well with others under pressure.
- Competency in both Mac and PC Operating Systems
- Experience with PowerPoint presentations in a Corporate Event environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent multitasking skills, able to manage multiple tasks while meeting specific deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, and comfortability addressing various levels within the organization.
- Other title for search can be Cinema Projectionist.
- Knowledge of and experiencing using Dante, ProTools, and Audio Architect.
- Experience using Crestron Systems
- Experience using KVM systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years’ of relevant experience
