Job Description:
- The client seeks contract resources to assist with the training and implementation of the statewide Child Welfare System (CWS).
- The purpose of this Training Developer is to design and develop practical training and course materials, as well as provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for employees who administer Child Welfare programs.
- This position will work closely with the Training Lead, Applications Lead, Development & Testing teams, and subject matter experts.
- Experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Captivate, Camtasia, and Word templates, scripts, and PowerPoint, as well as revising training materials for instruction of adult learners.
- Preferred skills: SharePoint, JIRA.
