Training Content Developer Opportunity in Child Welfare
Are you passionate about making a difference in Child Welfare programs? The NC Department of Health and Human Services is looking for a skilled training content developer to support the training implementation of Child Welfare training modules.
Responsibilities
Analyze CWIS functionality to create classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses
Collaborate with various teams and subject matter experts to design and develop training materials
Conduct effective classroom and virtual training sessions for employees overseeing Child Welfare programs in CWIS
Requirements
Willingness to travel statewide up to 30% of the time, including some evenings and weekend days
Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker and script development
Experience in instructional training for adult learners
Compensation
One-year contract with a W-2 rate of $25/hour
Travel expenses reimbursed as per the state's protocol
Per diem paid directly to the contractor
