Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support business growth and drive innovation.
R&D Leadership: Lead the R&D department in developing and deploying state-of-the-art technology solutions to meet market demands.
Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality products and services that exceed customer expectations.
Technology Infrastructure: Ensure the security, scalability, and robustness of our technology infrastructure.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Budget Management: Strategically manage the technology budget to allocate resources effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and department heads to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and effectively manage technology-related risks.
Customer Focus: Advocate for a customer-centric approach to technology development and service delivery.
Innovation Advocacy: Act as a key spokesperson for technology both within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in progressive technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in executive management.
Proven track record in leading R&D initiatives and driving technological innovation.
Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud computing.
Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
