The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is: responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Client Interface and Project Outsourcing services delivery. The CTO Is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment and responsible for developing and executing the strategic technical vision as it relates to external customer interface and outsourced project delivery
including:
Identify project opportunities with third parties.
Scope project including project deliverables, estimate team size and skills, estimate level of effort.
Produce project proposal for third party.
Gain project outsourcing agreement with third party.
Assist in team member selection.
Ensure successful project delivery.
