Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the technological vision and strategy for Fidelis Security, LLC. The CTO will oversee the company's product development, and innovation roadmap, ensuring that our cybersecurity solutions remain cutting-edge, secure, and market-leading. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive technology-driven initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Leadership: Develop and implement the company's technology vision and strategy to support business objectives and competitive advantage in the cybersecurity industry.

Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that cybersecurity products meet industry standards and customer needs.

Research & Innovation: Lead the research and development efforts to stay ahead of emerging threats, cybersecurity trends, and technological advancements. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Technical Oversight: Manage the technology infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Provide technical guidance to engineering and development teams.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. Develop succession plans and promote diversity and inclusion within the team.

Cybersecurity Best Practices: Ensure that the company's products and internal operations adhere to cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals. Act as a key technical advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry experts to understand their needs and gather feedback on the company's cybersecurity products. Use this feedback to drive product enhancements and new feature development.

Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums. Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS and/or CISSP.

Extensive experience in a technology leadership role, with a focus on cybersecurity or related domains.

Proven track record of leading successful product development and technology strategy implementation in a cybersecurity or technology-focused company.

Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams with a global workforce.

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.

Knowledge of relevant technology stacks, security frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
