Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a stellar background in app development and augmented reality (AR). The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-profile projects such as Niantic, Snap, Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Ray Ban, etc.
This role demands a strategic leader who can drive our technology vision, oversee the development team, and ensure the scalability and security of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the development and deployment of our AR-based applications, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
Enhance real-world networking opportunities through innovative AR solutions.
Bring creativity, technical expertise, experience, vision, and a desire to experiment to the role.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
Ensure robust security and scalability of the platform to support international growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in tech companies.
Strong background in app development with a focus on AR/VR technologies.
Experience working on high-profile AR projects (e.g., Apple/Vision Pro, Meta/Rayban, Snap, Niantic).
In-depth knowledge of AR frameworks, computer vision, and machine learning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in a startup environment.
Proven track record of scaling tech products internationally.
