As the Chief Marketing Sales Officer (CMSO) at MiProp, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the company's marketing and sales strategies. You will lead the development and execution of innovating marketing campaigns, build robust sales pipelines, and enhance brand visibility to achieve our ambitious growth targets. This role requires an undergraduate marketing degree while also being a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate marketing and sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a marketing and sales leader in the real estate industry, preferably in a luxury segment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high performing team.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
