Chief Revenue Officer -- Remote | WFH

Position Summary

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will drive revenue growth and oversee all revenue-generating departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Trash Valet industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of developing successful revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to exceed revenue targets, including developing sales processes and training programs.
  • Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective oversight of customer service operations.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and foster strategic partnerships to enhance market position and revenue potential.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with finance to develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to maintain leadership in the Trash Valet market.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in revenue generation roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Track Record: Proven success in expanding business through effective revenue strategies.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
