Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our executive team, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will drive the company's go-to-market strategy, delivering substantial value to our customers. Reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, the CRO will spearhead efforts to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets, driving business expansion. This strategic leader will unify and lead teams across business development, cross-sales, and demand generation to meet aggressive organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Revenue Strategy: Provide clear leadership and strategic direction to an integrated team spanning sales, growth operations, corporate marketing, and cross-selling.
  • Enhance Brand Positioning: Strengthen our enterprise's brand positioning as the foremost provider of revenue growth services and technology in the healthcare industry.
  • Set Clear Targets and Foster Accountability: Establish precise revenue targets and clarify ownership across teams, ensuring alignment and accountability for goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business Leaders: Cultivate strong relationships with account and business unit leaders to streamline the transition from growth initiatives to client delivery.
  • Develop Talent and Team Structure: Adapt team structures to support balanced growth strategies across business units.
  • Refine Pricing Strategies: Innovate and inform pricing strategies for enterprise offerings to meet evolving client needs for integrated solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale growth organizations encompassing sales, business development, cross-selling, and corporate marketing.
  • Strategic Coordination: Demonstrated expertise in aligning sales strategies across diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives, service line leaders, and middle management.
  • Sales Proficiency: Successful history in selling technology products and services with measurable results.
  • Healthcare Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, particularly hospitals and health systems. Established industry relationships are advantageous.
  • Revenue Target Management: Passion for managing substantial revenue targets and mobilizing interdisciplinary teams to achieve them.
  • Strategic and Entrepreneurial Acumen: Blend of strategic planning prowess and entrepreneurial spirit to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Financial Acuity: Comfort collaborating with finance teams to model team structures, resource allocations, and investment priorities.
