Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating activities within the company. You will lead the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and enhance market share. This is a senior executive role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Set clear revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach across all teams. Develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Sales Optimization: Oversee the sales strategy and execution to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Implement best practices and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Marketing Leadership: Guide the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize revenue strategies. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other executive leaders to ensure alignment and support for revenue-related initiatives. Collaborate with product development to ensure market needs are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team and board of directors. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a senior revenue leadership role, preferably within the EV battery technology or related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the EV industry, battery technology, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and partners.

Salary:

  • 300,000 - 350,000
