Chief Revenue Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our worldwide revenue strategy and propel sustainable growth across various industry sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will develop and execute a dynamic revenue strategy using enterprise, partner, integrator, and direct sales channels. This role presents an exciting chance to shape our revenue trajectory and achieve ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement holistic revenue generation strategies to meet targets throughout the customer life cycle.

Promote a customer-centric approach globally, emphasizing an exceptional customer experience.

Guide and inspire a global team of sales and revenue professionals, offering strategic direction to optimize performance.

Discover new market opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and innovate go-to-market strategies to broaden our outreach.

Collaborate interdepartmentally to ensure coherence in revenue-generating initiatives.

Champion innovation in sales methodologies and technology to enhance efficiency and customer interaction.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform revenue growth strategies.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer continuous revenue growth.

Cultivate a culture of high performance within the revenue organization, stressing teamwork and accountability.

Represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility and market presence.

Provide regular updates to the executive team on revenue performance and strategic endeavors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

In-depth comprehension of the packaging industry landscape and emergent technologies.

Proven history in senior leadership positions driving revenue growth within a global corporation.

Experience in overseeing diverse, high-achieving sales teams.

Robust strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and business insight.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building proficiencies.

Strategic mindset centered on innovation and the delivery of concrete outcomes.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time.
