Title: Chief Revenue Officer

Direct Manager Title: President

The Role: As a key member of the executive team, the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will serve as the primary driver of Unlock’s go-to-market strategy, consistently delivering immense value to our customers. Reporting to the President and working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors, the CRO will be accountable for achieving ambitious revenue and growth targets, aiming to expand the business. This strategic and agile leader will integrate and lead teams across business development, cross-sales, and demand generation to achieve bold topline goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Integrated Revenue Office: Provide leadership, direction, and clarity to an integrated team spanning sales, growth operations, corporate marketing, and cross-sell.
  • Enhance Brand Positioning: Strengthen enterprise brand positioning as the leading provider of revenue growth services and technology in the industry.
  • Set Clear Targets and Accountability: Establish precise targets and clarify ownership across teams, holding teams accountable to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Partner with Line of Business Leaders: Build strong relationships with account and LOB leaders to improve the transition process from growth to client delivery.
  • Evolve Talent and Team: Adapt the team structure to support a balanced growth strategy across LOBs.
  • Evolve Pricing Strategies: Develop and inform pricing strategies for enterprise offerings that address emerging client needs for cross-functional solutions.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading large growth organizations that include sales, business development, cross-sell, and corporate marketing.
  • Strategic Coordination: Demonstrated strength in coordinating sales strategies across various call points and levels, including C-suite executives, service line leaders, and middle management.
  • Sales Expertise: A successful track record in selling technology products and services.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, with a particular emphasis on hospitals and health systems. Established relationships within this sector are a strong plus.
  • Revenue Target Management: Enthusiasm for managing large revenue targets and the ability to rally interdisciplinary teams to achieve these goals.
  • Strategic and Entrepreneurial Balance: A balance of strategic planning acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalize on quick wins.
  • Financial Acumen: Comfort working with finance teams to model team structures, resource allocations, and investment priorities.
