Come and disrupt the HealthTech sector with a company pivoting Chronic Care at home space. They provide expert, personalized, on-demand health coaching and programs from a network of experienced health care providers. They focus on managing chronic cardiometabolic conditions like diabetes, obesity and hypertension.
They are looking for a CRO to come in and scale the commercial function whilst focusing on M&A opportunities.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of entire sales cycles and team
Actively seek to develop and strengthen new/existing multi-million Payer pipelines / partnerships.
Lead, develop and mentor high-performing sales team
Clear understanding of complex sales cycles
Maximize the organization's return on investment
Requirements
10+ years' experience in a Senior Sales/Commercial leadership role - must be from a SaaS focused start up or scale up
Proven success of Payer Sales expertise and strong network of senior contacts in the space
Strong knowledge of the claims/payment integrity space
Top performer - exceeding quotas year on year with $MM+ pipelines
Experienced a successful exit and or acquisition at a Senior Level.
