Chief Revenue Officer

Description

SHINE Technologies, LLC is immediately seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to craft and execute innovative sales strategies, foster key relationships, and lead our sales force towards achieving ambitious goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Chief Revenue Officer include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's vision and market opportunities.
• Lead and expand the sales team to achieve and surpass sales and revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture high-level relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Provide executive-level reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Represent SHINE Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of executive experience in the Oil & Energy sector, with a strong emphasis on sales and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  
  

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
