Our growing international business is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue growth initiatives in the transportation supply chain software sector. The ideal candidate will align with our vision and possess the skills necessary to drive revenue growth across multiple customer segments.


Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth in line with company objectives, leveraging a proven track record in the supply chain software industry.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire the sales team and solution consulting organization, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute revenue growth strategies, analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Understand and address customer needs, prioritize customer satisfaction and retention, and drive upsells, cross-sells, and new business growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Empower the sales team with necessary tools, training, and resources, including ongoing coaching and optimized sales processes.
  • Global Operations: Navigate the complexities of global markets, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective international market strategies.
  • Change Management: Lead through organizational changes, drive alignment, and manage transformation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with executive team members, including legal, commercial operations, marketing, product, and support teams, to maximize revenue opportunities and address challenges.


Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in similar-sized or larger organizations within the supply chain software industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Deep knowledge of various sales methodologies (Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, SPIN Selling) and experience in optimizing sales processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, set clear objectives, and foster accountability and collaboration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic mindset with the capability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to tailor sales approaches and prioritize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Enablement: Experience in implementing sales enablement initiatives to support and empower the sales team.
  • Integrity: High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency, leading by example and upholding company values.
  • Global Experience: Experience in global markets, with cultural sensitivity and understanding of international business complexities.
  • Change Management: Expertise in managing organizational change and driving transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to collaborate effectively with other executive team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
