Join our team as the Vice President of Revenue Operations!

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Lead revenue operations with a focus on supporting global sales initiatives.
  • Oversee operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive annual revenue planning cycles and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities.

Process & Technology Development

  • Drive development of processes and technologies to optimize revenue growth globally.
  • Manage tools like Hubspot and Gainsight to streamline operations.

Cross-Functional Partnerships

  • Build strong relationships with executives and key leaders across various teams.

Team Management

  • Lead a diverse team of high-performing managers with a focus on effective onboarding, training, and retention.
  • Align the team with company values and mission.

Performance Analytics

  • Partner with GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics and influence revenue programs.

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in global SaaS sales environments.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic vision and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong sales acumen and experience in data analytics.
  • Management experience in complex organizational structures and leading high-performing teams.
  • Passion for operations, data intelligence, and global enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing at an executive level.
