Job title: Chief Revenue Officer

Job Functions:
Analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to understand complex reimbursement structures, and the ability to apply contractual and governmental regulations to billing processes
Vendor Management experience (e.g. advisory, software, billing management, etc.)
Knowledge of insurance billing, collections and revenue cycle management
Knowledge of physician credentialing requirements
Knowledge of and experience with automated EHR, RCM and billing systems
Strong Excel skills for purposes of creating reports required by executive leadership and physicians
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Prior Process Improvement Experience Required
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels within the organization and vendors (executives, physicians, and staff)

- Management of multi-state Revenue Cycle Management operations (e.g, refunds, cash posting, appeals, etc)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Company executives and physicians to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of key revenue cycle decisions.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance revenue cycle performance
- Identification and implementation of initiatives to streamline processes and capture process efficiencies
- Work cross-functionally to execute on collections initiatives to improve reimbursement and reduce A/R
- Establish Vendor benchmarks and management oversight
