We bring joy to routine through dentist-designed, high-performance products that work, rebuild, and nurture both oral health and overall well being. Founded by two sisters – a health-obsessed dentist and brand-obsessed CEO – we’ve perfected new oral care solutions that give us that “dentist-level clean” and shine so we can all be brighter every day.


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and a deep understanding of omnichannel strategies across retail, sales, and marketing. As CRO, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our revenue strategies to accelerate our growth and expand our market presence. You will collaborate extensively with our creative, sales, marketing, and digital teams, reporting to the cofounders/Co-CEOs.


What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Omnichannel Revenue Growth: Leverage expertise in retail, online, and direct sales channels to maximize revenue streams. Optimize and integrate various channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient path to purchase.
  • Marketing Integration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies. Ensure that marketing efforts are directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed strategic decisions and to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Work with leadership to align on company goals, and communicate revenue strategies and outcomes effectively.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market opportunities, including international markets, to expand the brand’s reach.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 9+ years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on revenue growth, including substantial experience in omnichannel strategies.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenues in a high-growth environment, preferably within the D2C and/or health and wellness sectors.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and revenue performance software.
  • Leadership: You are a player coach - willing to dig in to help get the job done – and you’ve inspired teams to collaborate deeply to deliver outstanding work. You set consistently high standards, while fostering agility and learning through action.
  • Retail Experience: Experience spearheading and supporting successful launches across major retailers like Sephora, Ulta, or Target.
