Stealth RF ( DBA Cellantenna International Inc) is a WOSB manufacturing RF amplification and control equipment used by Law Enforcement and Military. Our innovations are used for EW and ECM missions As a key requirement for our growth we require a Chief Revenue Officer to expand our connectivity in our vertical growth markets.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for growing a company’s revenue, reporting to the CEO on all matters regarding the company’s revenue. Your primary purpose is to streamline sales, marketing, and customer relationship marketing at an organization. You will be required to provide a sales strategy analyzing all of the potential opportunities focusing on those areas that will increase the company’s EBIDTA .

Specifically

  • in charge of operations, sales, corporate development, marketing, pricing, and revenue management.
  • Review l each product to generate the most revenue possible to the most relevant audience.
  • They must maximize the effectiveness of marketing and advertising investments.
  • Develop and execute a plan maximizing effectiveness of distribution.
  • ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of a CRO or Chief Revenue Officer

  • Developing and communicating growth strategies with CEO, COO, and board of advisors
  • Set up the process of generating revenue.
  • Unifying processes to offer the customer the best experience possible.
  • Integrating sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximizes the returns on marketing investment..
  • Clearly identify micro-markets and create specific products targeting those markets.
  • Creating a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets so that the highest possible return is generated.
  • Monitor all the revenue streams and adjust as necessary.
  • Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.
  • Manage all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners.
  • 10 yrs + Experience in B2G electronic EW/ECM sales
  • knowledge of Military contracting and support
  • results-oriented, especially in the long-term.
  • acutely tuned in to the market.
  • strong leadership skills and communication skills.
  • Being data-driven.
