Luminary Group, is partnered with a private equity-backed company, seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) with a focus on Real World Evidence (RWE) to join their team. As the CPO, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's product strategy and innovation in the RWE space, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and market trends
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market research, and competitive analysis
Collaborate with executives, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption and growth
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to RWE
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts to understand market needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to ensure successful product development and delivery
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, identify areas of improvement, and drive innovation
Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous learning and growth
Represent the company in product-related discussions, partnerships, and customer engagements
Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on the product strategy and performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, specifically within the RWE domain
Proven track record in successfully developing and launching innovative software products
Deep understanding of RWE, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations
Strong strategic thinking and ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience in leading and managing product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
