Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement innovative HR strategies, policies, and programs to advance our mission.
- Talent Management**: Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse and mission-driven talent. Strengthen employee retention through effective onboarding and performance management.
- Organizational Culture**: Advocate for initiatives that foster a positive and equitable workplace culture in alignment with our core values.
- Learning & Development**: Establish strategies for continuous professional development and anti-racist education throughout the organization.
- Employee Relations**: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment, offer guidance on HR matters, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Compensation & Benefits**: Collaborate on total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Supervision**: Lead and inspire a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in senior HR roles with expertise in equity initiatives and organizational change management.
- Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications**: SPHR or SHRM-SCP required; additional DEI certifications are a plus.
- Skills**: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
