Job Description:
The COO will be responsible for overseeing our daily operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in the grocery or retail industry, who is passionate about innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all areas.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Optimize supply chain and inventory management to ensure product availability and quality.
Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for disruption and differentiation.
Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve ambitious financial targets.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a COO or similar leadership role in the grocery or retail industry.
