Chief Operating Officer

Inno Supps stands as the industry's fastest-growing eCommerce company, specializing in health and wellness supplements. Our team thrives on high energy, fun, and collaboration. We are in search of an exceptionally motivated and driven Chief Operations Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities

· Manage expenses aggressively to ensure that the company maximizes savings opportunities and optimized inventory reconciliation.

· Serve as an ecommerce expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of platform capabilities and business levers, with emphasis on shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations.

· Identify, implement, and monitor, key performance metrics and market trends and present opportunities for improvement to the CEO for strategic optimization of ecommerce initiatives on a quarterly and annual basis.

· Present ecommerce operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research and translate the strategy(s) into actionable steps for growth, implementing our organizations’ goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

· Oversee our business operations, including warehouse management, fulfillment, business relations, international distributors, and domestic vendors.

· Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships with other departments to ensure optimal inventory flow and advertising strategies.

· Identify and maximize e-commerce supply chain management for areas of sustainable growth and minimize losses.

· Analyze internal business operations and identify areas for process enhancement and optimization.

· Identify and implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives.

· Build and maintain business relations, handling complex negotiations and escalating as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' senior leadership experience in shipment and logistics, preferred.
• 5+ years of ecommerce carrier knowledge.
• 5+ years of expense auditing.
• Strategic planning and business development experience.
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
