As COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategy, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution across all aspects of our business. Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, including servicing, investor relations, and finance.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and streamline workflows.
Risk Management:
Develop and maintain risk management protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Cultivate and provide opportunities for rising talent within the Company.
Oversee Recruitment and training.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to long-term business planning, setting operational goals aligned with our vision.
Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
Partner Relationships:
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and investors.
Reporting and Analytics:
Provide regular performance reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field (MBA Preferred)
Proven track record in operations leadership within the financial services or real estate industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-informed decisions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of staff management, industry specifics, and business strategies
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
