Responsibilities

Operations Management

Overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments and service lines.
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Service Line Leadership
Providing leadership and support to service line leaders for successful growth.
Exploring integration opportunities across service lines to enhance client services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Promoting collaboration among departments for a cohesive work environment.
Aligning operational strategies with overall objectives in close partnership with the executive team.
Ensuring effective technology infrastructure and software systems in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer.
