Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the company
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Fin, including financial management, human resources, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute company strategies and goals
- Monitor and optimize the performance of all operational functions and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives
- Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
- Cultivate a high-performing and motivated team by providing mentorship and guidance to direct reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of leadership and success in an operational role, preferably within the technology or skincare industry
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results and execute on company objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
