As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in various departments while also providing leadership to meet organizational goals and foster a culture that enhances operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies, policies, plans, and procedures
Oversee daily operations and senior leaders in Programs, Real Estate/Facilities, Data, and IT
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic goals
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
Improve operations across various departments to drive the organization's mission
Foster relationships with staff, funders, stakeholders, and the board of directors
Act as backup to the CEO, stepping in as needed
Provide reporting, analysis, and growth strategies to the Board of Directors and CEO
Attend Board meetings and oversee the Real Estate Committee
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications
Master’s degree in related field
5+ years of non-profit leadership experience preferred
10+ years of supervisory experience
Proven track record of effective leadership
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
Excellent communication skills
Compensation
Salary: $200,000 - $210,000
