Overview Vision Technologies is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational efficiency, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and executing high-priority initiatives. The position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive team, driving the execution of key initiatives, and facilitating organizational alignment and continuous improvements throughout Vision.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Partner with the ELT to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the ELT
  • Identify and address risks and potential challenges to ensure timely execution of strategic objectives


ELT Support and Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the ELT, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among ELT members
  • Manage the Corporate Business Cadences, Operating Calendar, and ELT sponsored meetings, including agenda setting, meeting logistics, pre-meeting work assignments, documenting meeting minutes, and driving follow-up actions


Organizational Alignment and Effectiveness

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration to optimize organizational performance through ongoing communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate prioritization of initiatives
  • Lead implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement


Project Management

  • Directly manage high-priority internal projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery
  • Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals
  • Provide regular project status updates to the ELT and key stakeholders


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the ELT in various forums and communicate key messages effectively
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influence skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
