-Strong background demonstrating project management skills (budgeting, resource planning, tracking deliverables)

-Strong written and verbal skills (should be able to create presentations, memos and work with data

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Chief of Staff to join one of their top financial clients in New York City. This person will be part of the Global Web and Mobile Technology and be directly supporting the department head. This person will provide support to the entire organization, by contributing to overall technology and business planning, providing recommendations for areas of improvement, driving culture and innovation, and managing key activities to support the team day to day. In this role, the Chief of Staff will act as an advisor and key consultant to the Vice present and will work with partners across Technology, Product and Business Units. This role is ideal for someone with the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously and establish collaborative partnerships across the Technology, Product and Business organizations, and collaborate with key Engineering leaders and other partner teams to drive strategic initiatives and define clear goals and success criteria. This person will contribute to business planning, operational processes, cost and financial management activities and will be back up administrative support for the head of the group.
