Job description

We’re on a mission to automate the modern enterprise. Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. We’ve built our own LLMs and technology from the ground up to power privacy sensitive enterprise workloads.

As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will scope and drive many of Gradient’s most important GTM strategic initiatives and engage with high-level questions fundamental to both the company and the broader societal impacts of artificial intelligence. This role will be highly strategic and will help to determine the trajectory of the company. You will report directly to Gradient’s CEO, and work with the leadership team to drive mission critical projects to completion. Example projects include running a successful go to market launch, managing business-critical partnerships, developing our enterprise sales engine, helping launch our physical community, and strategic planning and positioning.

About you

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who is excited about the future of AI! We’re seeking someone on-site in our downtown Burlingame office.

Bonus points if you have experience:

• Engaging with leaders in corporations, governments, and civil society organizations
• Experience or engagement with artificial intelligence, machine learning or another scientific discipline.
• Are a clear and superb written and verbal communicator
• Are extraordinarily execution-oriented and have a bias towards action

Minimum qualifications

• You have 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations
• You have significant experience working on projects from 0 to 1 either at your job or as side projects
• You are interested in exploring ways to harness AI to disrupt industries
