We are currently looking for a System Medical Director, Occupational Health and Employee Health Services for a client in West Reading, PA. As a Physician provider, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision and direction of Occupational Health and Employee Health Services for the hospital. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership in areas such as Occupational Health, Workers Compensation, and Occupational Claims.
Key Responsibilities and Highlights
Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the strategic vision and direction of Occupational Health and Employee Health Services.
Provide clinical leadership for Occupational Health & Workers Compensation matters.
Supervise physicians and advanced practice providers and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies.
Develop and maintain clinical policies and practices to enhance Employee Health and Occupational Medicine services.
Serve as a clinical resource for Employee Health and Occupational Health programs and participate in various committees and task forces.
Support safety investigations, OSHA compliance, and Workers Compensation programs.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
Occupational medicine certification.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations and legislative frameworks.
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine.
Comfortable working in a Matrix Organization.
Compensation And Benefits
Base Salary: USD $220,000 to $255,000.
Full-time position with full benefits and relocation assistance.
Bonus eligible but no commission or overtime.
Travel reimbursement not applicable.
