Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience, preferably in medical staff leadership.
- Strong expertise in electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
- Knowledge of healthcare management, medical staff governance, and patient care quality.
- Medical degree and board certification.
- Valid license to practice medicine in the applicable state or eligibility to obtain one.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
