Chief Marketing Officer - Cosmetics Brand

Location: US or UK applicants (Remote working)

Salary: $125,000

Cortez Agency are partnering with a really exciting new brand on the market entering the masstige mens cosmetics market with their IT male branding and being published in the likes of GQ. This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a SME and large organisation background that really wants to see the impact they make to a brand on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Developing global marketing strategies across the board for existing and new product releases
• Implementing an on brand influencer strategy working across the UK and US.
• Navigating partnerships with high level celebrities and influencers that would be good ambassadors of the brand and long term partnerships.
• Identifying the target audience and building on this to appeal to a wider mass audience.
• Working within the wider team to direct and envision the social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and platforms necessary
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Taking full ownership of the brand strategy, brands message and visual identity.
• Staying ahead of social, fashion and beauty trends to be at the forefront of the brands existing and future audiences.
• Developing and managing the full marketing budget and P&L focusing on driving a positive ROI.
• Managing and curating the NPD calendar taking ownership of product development
• Working directly with the CEO/Founder on full brand vision and direction

What you will need

• Extensive hybrid experience working within SME, growth brands and larger organisations is preferable
• A natural entrepreneurial and creative approach to your role
• Coming from a cosmetics or skincare background is desired but open to a fashion background
• Experience working with a male consumer audience
• A disruptive and sleek vision when it comes to brand identity and visuals
