About You:

You're an experienced and dynamic Marketing Leader who is excited by the opportunity to lead the development of the company's marketing strategy and the execution of that strategy. You're a player/coach who will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, drive brand awareness, manage the marketing team, and contribute to revenue growth. You bring your strategic vision, understanding of B2B SaaS solutions and payment processing, leadership, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, teams, and products.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Developing and executing a diverse set of marketing strategies and tactics, such as paid digital , affiliate, event and partner marketing, social media, email, inbound and other media channels;
  • Driving branding, positioning, content, and messaging to enhance awareness and reiterate ThriveCart's position as a market leader;
  • Develop and lead branding, pricing, and GTM planning and activation for our payment processing business launching in 2024;
  • Developing and overseeing integrated marketing across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and events;
  • Ensuring consistent and compelling brand representation across all products and channels;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes;
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and industry dynamics to inform GTM strategies;
  • Leading digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
  • Staying abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation;
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and marketing program ROI, attracting new customers, and expanding the current customer base;
  • Leading the Customer Success and Account Management teams, building a seamless customer journey, while driving incremental growth within the current base of customers;
  • Lead pricing initiatives across product lines ensuring we're optimizing for revenue, growth, and customer success;
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyze marketing's effectiveness and share with leadership;
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team building a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

What You Bring to This Role:

  • Demonstrable success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies at SaaS companies;
  • A strong understanding of current marketing trends in the SaaS space including digital platforms, and technologies;
  • Experience with pricing, branding and marketing white-labeled payment offerings;
  • Exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills;
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a results-driven mindset;
  • Experience with pricing analysis and strategy, specifically for Product Led Growth SaaS companies;
  • Website design and development focusing on clarity, optimization, and revenue growth;
  • Content marketing for thought leadership and lead gen
  • Education in marketing, business, or related discipline and/or relevant experience;
  • Executive-level marketing experience across demand generation, product marketing, content creation, pricing/packaging, branding, payment solutions, and communications;
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, able to handle and delegate workload effectively
