Responsibilities
You will develop and implement the marketing strategy for Consello across key touchpoints- including Website, LinkedIn, Thought Leadership development, events and overall brand management. Strategic clarity, excellence in execution and precise budget management are critical.
You will play a key role in managing Consello’s CRM efforts, maximizing the benefit of the 1:1 relationships we have with our clients and prospects through insightful and well-choreographed ongoing personal communication
You will lead all aspects of Corporate Communications to ensure we leverage key news moments appropriately across all media channels.
In addition to leading the Marketing and Communications for Consello overall, you will collaborate with business leaders from across the firm to develop individual marketing strategies to drive the success of those practices within their respective markets.
The CMO Role
This role reports to the President of Consello.
The role also works closely with the wider Consello Partner group in service of driving the profile of their businesses and them as thought leaders in their respective areas.
You will work with remarkable and accomplished people on a daily basis.

You will grow the team over time as the business grows.
