Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and consumer marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of the fitness and wellness industry is a plus
