Role Description

Full-time on-site / hybrid role for Commercial Lender working from our branch office. Commercial Lender will be a dynamic ambitious producer, responsible for organically sourcing loans, underwriting loans and assisting the Bank with overall market penetration. Could lead to a position as Chief Lending Officer for the right candidate.

Compensation will be salary plus performance incentives based on your personal loan production.

Minimum Qualifications

• $30 million in CRE closed loan production each of the last three years.
• Five years lending experience with the ability to underwrite your own deals.
• Ability to do CRE, C&I and SBA loans. Residential experience helpful.
• Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness.
• Ability to work as a team member and leader, in a small corporate environment.
