Our client is a boutique professional services firm that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who will focus heavily on corporate compliance, contract review, and regulatory issues (along with other ad hoc needs on a day to day basis). This person will report directly to the CEO.
Attorney:
Must be licensed in Nevada
Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working on site
Previous experience with corporate compliance, contract review, regulatory issues, and attorney management is required
Must be willing to be truly hands on at all levels
Will report directly to executive leadership, and be intimately involved in all facets of daily corporate business
Salary is likely to be $170k-$195k base + bonus potential, benefits, etc
This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1. Our client is growing quickly, and looking for a hands-on, ego-free, attorney to be their first CLO. While they are focused on growing quickly and driving business, they also care deeply about their people and want to invest in their people. This is a brand new hire, and they will be looking to fill the role quickly.
