Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day administration of ITSD operations, ensuring the seamless execution of IT policies and processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic IT initiatives.
• Establish and enforce IT control measures to enhance service delivery efficiency.
• Direct subordinate managers to align program policies with organizational goals.
